Refund policy
Unfortunately, I can not except return or exchange on custom order and design. ( All items are custom design.)
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrived damage or defective I can not excepts return.
In the case of defaulted good, please get in touch with me with in 3days of the receipt of your product so I can sort out any problems.
Damage item will be replace free of charge. But the buyer must pay the postage cost to return the damage item back to me. Replacement item will be made once the damage goods have been received. I also ask for photograghic evidence of both the postage box and the damaged good.
